Shipping & Processing Time

Each of our products is made especially for you. Because every item is produced after your order is placed, the full delivery timeline includes both processing time and shipping time.

1. Processing Time (Production)

Once your order is submitted, we begin preparing your item right away.
Average processing time: 2–7 business days.

During this stage, we:

  • verify your order

  • produce your custom item (for custom products)

  • run quality checks

  • package your order for shipment

Note: During peak seasons (Holidays, Christmas, Back-to-School, etc.), processing time may be extended by 1–3 days.

2. Shipping Time (Transit)

After processing is complete, your package will be shipped to you.
Average transit time within the U.S.: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Examples:

  • 3 days processing + 4 days shipping → approximately 7 business days

  • 6 days processing + 3 days shipping → approximately 9 business days

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • Domestic U.S. orders: 4–12 business days

  • International orders: 10–25 business days (depending on destination)

4. Important Notes

  • Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), delays may occur.

  • Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delivery issues.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.
