Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

Since each item is printed or produced especially for you when you place your order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong device model, chose the wrong color, or ordered the incorrect design.
You’re encouraged to double-check all details (device model, design variant, shipping address) before confirming your purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective in print or material, or the wrong design/model was shipped, we will resolve it quickly:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a photo of the shipping packaging if that helps illustrate the problem.

  • Once verified, you will be offered either a replacement (no extra charge) or a full refund of the item price.

  • You do not need to return the defective item unless instructed otherwise.


3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package is lost or has not been delivered despite sufficient time, please reach out to us. After verifying the situation we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


4. How Refunds Work

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once approved, please allow the standard processing time your bank or payment provider may require.

  • Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the fault lies with us (for example, item was defective or wrong).


5. When Returns Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You ordered the wrong device model or color and simply changed your mind.

  • The product is used, worn, or shows signs of misuse.

  • The item was damaged after delivery (e.g., drop, accidental damage, wear & tear).

  • You failed to provide the correct shipping address and the package was returned.


6. Cancellation Policy

Because items are custom produced soon after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours after purchase. After production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.


7. Summary

  • No return/exchange for change of mind or ordering wrong variant.

  • Refund or replacement possible if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with required proof.

  • Cancellation only if requested very quickly (within ~12 hours) of purchase.
